De app kan optioneel gebruikmaken van Google-aanmelden. Daarbij kunnen de volgende gegevens worden verwerkt:

The app optionally uses Google Sign-In. The following data may be processed when you use that feature:

• Google-account gegevens — uw naam, e-mailadres en profielfoto, uitsluitend om u te identificeren binnen de app.
• Google account data — your name, email address and profile photo, solely to identify you within the app.
• Reisgegevens — de trips, items en notities die u zelf aanmaakt. Deze worden lokaal op uw apparaat opgeslagen en optioneel gesynchroniseerd via Firebase (Google Cloud).
• Trip data — the trips, items and notes you create yourself. These are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Firebase (Google Cloud).

Wij verzamelen geen locatiegegevens, contacten, betaalgegevens of andere gevoelige informatie.

We do not collect location data, contacts, payment details or any other sensitive information.

Wij verwerken gegevens uitsluitend om de app te laten werken zoals bedoeld:

• Uw reizen en items opslaan en weergeven.
• Saving and displaying your trips and items.
• Herinneringsnotificaties verzenden voor aankomende reisonderdelen.
• Sending reminder notifications for upcoming trip items.
• Synchronisatie tussen apparaten via uw Google-account (optioneel).
• Syncing between devices via your Google account (optional).

Er is geen reclame, profilering of verkoop van gegevens. De app bevat geen advertenties.

There is no advertising, profiling or sale of data. The app contains no advertisements.

• Google Firebase — voor optionele cloud-opslag en aanmelden. Firebase valt onder het privacybeleid van Google: for optional cloud storage and sign-in. Firebase is governed by Google's privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Sign-In — voor authenticatie. Alleen gebruikt indien u er expliciet voor kiest om in te loggen.for authentication. Only used if you explicitly choose to sign in.

Alle genoemde diensten zijn optioneel. De app functioneert volledig zonder aanmelden, waarbij alle gegevens uitsluitend lokaal op uw apparaat worden bewaard.

All mentioned services are optional. The app works fully without signing in, in which case all data is stored exclusively on your device.

5. Data retention

Lokale gegevens blijven op uw apparaat staan totdat u de app verwijdert of de gegevens handmatig wist. Cloudgegevens (indien u bent ingelogd) blijven bewaard totdat u uw account verwijdert of contact met ons opneemt om de gegevens te laten wissen.

Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or manually delete the data. Cloud data (if you are signed in) is retained until you delete your account or contact us to have it removed.

7. Beveiliging

Wij nemen redelijke technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen. Lokale gegevens worden beveiligd door de beveiligingsvoorzieningen van uw apparaat. Cloudgegevens worden versleuteld verzonden en opgeslagen door Firebase.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Local data is protected by your device's built-in security. Cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Firebase.

Catch a Break is niet gericht op kinderen onder de 13 jaar. Wij verzamelen bewust geen gegevens van kinderen. Indien u vermoedt dat een kind gegevens heeft verstrekt, neem dan contact met ons op zodat wij deze kunnen verwijderen.

Catch a Break is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can remove it.
